Being Human Constellation Services

How It Works

Every session begins by focusing on a complaint, challenge, or ailment that you wish to explore. Together, we create a layout—using symbolic cards, people, or imagery—that reveals what has been hidden, misplaced, cast aside, or left unresolved.

From there, in a state of gentle surrender, you are guided by a variety of inputs. These are often sensory experiences and may also include subtle body movements, inner imagery, or spontaneous thoughts. This process awakens a deeper inner sensitivity, allowing the body’s own feedback to provide non-verbal insights and meaning.

In this reverent and sacred space, surrender and dialogue open the way to witness and feel the forces at play. These forces may be:

• Ancestral influences
• Stored emotional experiences
• Patterns that have unconsciously shaped behavior
• Archetypal dynamics that obscure your true value, love, or purpose
• By bringing these dynamics into awareness, they are met, understood, and often transformed.

The Results

Many people leave a constellation session with:

• A profound sense of quietness and completeness
• A more nourishing perspective on themselves and their lives
• Lasting positive changes rooted in deeper understanding

Sometimes this work brings an immediate feeling of lightness, relief, or well-being. Other times, its effects unfold gently over time—supporting healing, integration, and renewed clarity from within.

BeingHuman Constellation Work

An inner and outer architecture of the human being

BeingHuman Constellation Work is an experiential process developed by Dr. Solihin Thom and Alicia Thom. It helps identify, understand, and reconcile the hidden, misaligned, missing, or cast-aside dynamics—what is “out of order”—within a person, group, or business.

These unseen dynamics often show up as unresolved issues, repeated unconscious patterns, illness or other life challenges. But they can also serve as invitations—opportunities to awaken healing, activate inner qualities and virtues, and access deeper personal or collective resources.

This work can be applied to individuals, couples and families, organizations, larger systems or communities.

Why is it called "Constellation" Work?

The word constellation means “placement” or “assembly.” In this context, it refers to patterns of connection between elements—the way parts of a system relate to one another.

Examples of these groupings include:

  • Within a person: internal realms or hierarchies such as historical, feeling, doing, thinking, and spiritual aspects

  • Within a family: all family members and their relationships

  • Within an organization: roles and responsibilities across the team or structure

  • Within a collective or society: elements within a broader system or cultural field

Through this lens, constellations help bring clarity to hidden structures and restore natural order and flow.

  • My journey began in 1985 in New York City, where I intuitively found myself counseling classmates long before receiving any formal training.

In 1995, I graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in NYC, studying Massage Therapy and Shiatsu, and went on to train extensively with leading pioneers in Osteopathic Manual Therapy, including Dr. Sharon Weiselfish (Integrative Manual Therapy), Dr. Dallas Hancock (CranioStructural Therapy), Dr. Bruno Chikly (Lymphatic Drainage Therapy), Dr. Lisa Upledger, and Dr. Michael Shea (Biodynamic Cranial Therapy). Along the way, I also studied Neuro-Psycho-Immunology, Psychosynthesis, Co-Active Coaching, NADA Acudetox, and Rebirthing Breathwork.

In 1998, I encountered the work of Dr. Solihin Thom, DO, whose teachings in Clinical Ontology profoundly shaped my understanding of healing, consciousness, and human development. I subsequently trained in Cranial Fluid Dynamics, BeingHuman Constellation Work, Archetypes and Myth, Allergy—from Symptom to Source, and the broader framework of Ontology. Today, while no longer practicing manual therapy, I serve as a NeuroSomatic Therapist, Clinical Ontologist, facilitator of BeingHuman Constellation Work, and teacher of InnerDialogue™, Cranial Fluid Dynamics, and Christian-based healing practices.

  • My mission is to help people reclaim their health, deepen their capacity for love, strengthen their self-worth, discover their purpose, and connect—or deepen their connection—with the living presence of God. It’s a path of returning to one's personal royalty—where healing, clarity, and true identity converge.

  • I am the founder of David J Rosas, a devoted lover of God (Abba), ignited by the fire of Jesus, with the Holy Spirit as my constant companion. My heart holds a deep affection for humanity and a romance with Life itself. I am a proud Spaniard with a rich ancestral heritage, a father to an extraordinary child who is the heir to my kingdom.

Professionally, I’ve walked a 30-year path in the healing arts—as a Licensed Therapist, Cranial Therapist, and Acupuncture Detox Specialist. While I no longer practice manual therapy, I continue my life’s work as an NeuroSomatic Therapist, facilitator of Constellation Work, and teacher of Ontology.

  • How BeingHuman Constellation Work Differs from Family Constellation Work

While related in spirit, BeingHuman Constellation Work is distinct from the Family Systemic process developed by Bert Hellinger.

Hellinger’s work focuses primarily on unfinished ancestral or immediate family dynamics.

BeingHuman Constellation Work, developed independently yet in a similar time frame, expands this view by:

    • Exploring the ontological realms of being human (including ancestral/family dynamics)

    • Addressing the ordinary or lower life forces as well as spiritual forces

    • Offering an inner and outer architecture of the human being

    • Providing psychospiritual tools—including the Noble Caduceus and the Five Hearts—to support the soul’s essence, nurture inner growth, and encourage personal development

This broader, integrated approach helps individuals, groups, and systems realign with their inherent order, vitality, and purpose.
