Energetically sensitive massage with emotional detox support
Did you know that memories get stored in our body?
Did you know that emotions such as fear, grief, anger, anxiety, etc. get stored in our body?
Every fiber and cell of our fascial layers, muscles, and even down to the bones become imprinted by experiences we’ve had throughout our life.
Having an emotional release during an integrative bodywork session is normal as a lot of these imprints within the body are being moved around and flushed out.
Come and experience what bodywork with Shannon can do for your whole mind/body/emotional system.

For over 10 years, Shannon has practiced and studied the science and philosophy of yoga, keeping the practice alive in its living and breathing form. Lifelong spinal distortions and muscular skeletal pain led her to dive deeper into yoga as a form of self healing and pain management. In 2015, she became a Certified Yoga Instructor from the Kula Yoga School in Jacksonville, FL.
This 200-hour teacher training was based in Ashtanga yoga, a ancient traditional yoga practice that is rooted in the premise of uniting breath and movement which brings balance to the physical body while aligning with the mind and Spirit.
In Ashtanga yoga, giving hands-on assists to students during a yoga class is a large portion of the teacher's role which helped Shannon to understand anatomy of the human body in a very visceral and direct way which informs all of her body-work sessions.

~ Gina L.
Shannon’s gentle and steady presence made me feel right at home in my body. The Lomi Lomi technique is exactly what my fried nervous system needed to really let down my guard and start to relax more deeply. I’m so tired of feeling like i’m surviving through something after I get bodywork. Shannon’s massage was nourishing and relaxing, exactly what I needed.

“Through her intuitive touch and deep breathing work, she literally lifted this weight I didn't even realize was suffocating me. I went from trying to force happiness and high energy while carrying this invisible burden to feeling genuinely FREE. The joy and peace and love that flooded in afterward wasn't manufactured or forced - it was real, it was mine, it was me coming back to myself.”

~ Madison B.
“For years, I lived disconnected from my emotions and trapped in layers of trauma I didn’t even realize were stored within me. Jillian’s sessions have helped me release pain I thought I would carry forever.”
