What is Lucia Light?

Lucia N°03 Light is an innovative hypnagogic therapy that uses a combination of flickering light in varying frequencies to create colored patterns on your optic nerve, stimulate the pineal gland, inducing a state of deep relaxation and meditation.

A series of 6 sessions is recommended to help rewire the brain’s neural pathways in response to stress. The stimulation, coherence and entrainment of the brain can help an individual to manage stress, fear and depression.

All sessions include 10 minutes of orientation, and the remaining minutes of light exposure.

Sitting upright or lying down, you’ll receive undulating pulses of light from a single source machine.
Sessions can be done lying down or sitting up based on personal preference. Headphones are provided. The program will typically be selected by Michele or the group unless a private session is booked.
