Cancellation Policies
Arrival to Your Appointment
Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.
If this is your first time with your practitioner, please make sure to fill out the necessary online paperwork [if applicable]. If you would prefer to do the paperwork in person, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. [Applicable for massage and acupuncture].
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will not receive extension of time for scheduled appointments. If notified beforehand, accommodations can be made on a case to case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment.
If a client fails to cancel within 12 hours, the full price of the service will be charged.
For those providing at least 12 hours notice but less than the 24 hour notice to reschedule, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
No Show Policy
Please notify us if you cannot keep your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be invoiced for the full amount of the appointment and blocked from future bookings until the invoice is paid.
