Exploring Face Yoga, we use what we already have - hands, gua sha, and a little facial oil - to work with the face in a more intentional way. Annelien guides you to connect to your most radiant, relaxed self one on one or in group workshops at Spirit Well.

Through facial movement, massage, and sculpting techniques, we’ll explore how to:

SERIES & INTENSIVES

6-Session Series — $135/session | $810 total
Six 60-minute sessions to be used within 6 months. Designed for clients who want consistency while maintaining flexibility in scheduling.

6-Week Intensive — $125/session | $750 total
One 60-minute session per week for six consecutive weeks. Designed for clients looking for a consistent, results-focused approach.

4-Week Event Intensive — $115/session | $920 total
Eight 60-minute sessions over four weeks, scheduled twice weekly. Designed for clients preparing for a specific event such as a wedding, photoshoot, vacation or other special occasion.

SCULPT & CONTOUR

First Sculpt — 30 min | $55
A first-time introduction to the Sculpt & Contour technique, including a brief consultation, facial assessment and targeted sculpting treatment.

The $55 is applied toward a full Sculpt & Contour session or series booked at the time of the appointment.

Sculpt & Contour — 60 min | $145
The signature full-face sculpting treatment focused on facial tension, circulation, lymphatic flow, tissue mobility and natural contour.

ENHANCEMENTS

Eye Revive — +30 min | $55
A targeted treatment for the delicate eye area, addressing the appearance of puffiness, crow’s feet and tired-looking eyes.

Sound Massage — +30 min | $55
A deeply relaxing sound-based enhancement incorporating therapeutic vibration and sound.

A gentle, no-touch energy-based enhancement designed to complement the facial experience and encourage deep relaxation.

Meet Annelien

  • Annelien Murray is a holistic esthetician and face yoga teacher on a mission to challenge the beauty industry as we know it — because getting older shouldn't mean waging war on your face.

    Ever since she changed her own face through regular self-practice, she's been leading face yoga workshops in group settings throughout Florida and works one-on-one with clients through her signature

    Sculpt & Contour facial.

    Her approach is simple: less fighting, more understanding. Less fixing, more connection.

  • Annelien has been teaching face yoga since 2024.

    She graduated from esthetician school in April 2026. She then continued with additional certifications with the specialized sculpt & contour technique.

    Annelien is also a certified yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner since 2021. She also became a Reiki master in 2025.
