Ann Mealey, known as MIMIGES, is a Mi’kmaw energy practitioner whose work is rooted in presence, connection,
and creating space for people who carry a great deal for others.

Ann Mealey creates space for healing and transformation through Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki, LIMIPA, and the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. Inspired by her Mi’kmaq heritage and a deep respect for ancient wisdom, she offers gentle, grounded experiences where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience the wisdom of ancient healing.

With a deep sensitivity to energy, vibration, sound, and the subtle ways the body communicates, Ann works intuitively with each person and what is present in the moment. Her practice weaves traditional Limpia energetic cleansing with Holy Fire® Reiki, offering an opportunity to release what has become heavy, settle the body, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self.

Ann’s path has been shaped by her own healing, her Mi’kmaw heritage, and continued study across several traditions. Her training includes a Peruvian Mesa Tradition apprenticeship with Mona Rain, Limpia studies with Stephanie Baez, Holy Fire® Reiki, and continued studies through the Trika Maria Mystery School. She also continues to deepen her connection to and understanding of her Mi’kmaw culture and traditions.

At Spirit Well Sensory Lounge, Ann creates a grounded, one-to-one space for those who spend so much of their lives caring for others, carrying responsibility, or simply holding more than they realize. Here, there is space to set some of that weight down for a while and simply receive.
